About Five Points Community Church
We are a non-denominational, community church -- evangelical, baptistic, and reformed.
As a Christ-centered, gospel preaching church, we believe that sinners are saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone, to the glory of God alone, on the authority of the Word of God alone.
Moreover, the Christian life is a joyful pursuit of holiness, motivated by the gracious and merciful work of Jesus Christ in his substitutionary death for undeserving, rebellious sinners. Those who repent of their sins and trust in Jesus Christ alone for salvation receive, through faith, entrance to heaven on the merits of the perfect righteousness of Jesus Christ. Salvation belongs to the Lord!
While we're here on earth, we're on a mission to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ and spread the gospel near and far! And we would love for you to join us in this mission!
Confession of Faith
The historic New Hampshire Confession of Faith (1833) has been the official confession of Five Points Community Church since the church was started.
Church Constitution
Our church constitution contains our Covenant of Membership, Confession of Faith -- the aforementioned New Hampshire Confession of Faith (1833) -- and Bylaws.
Resources
To give you a fuller idea of what we believe and teach, we provide additional documents or statements about our theological convictions. Each of these point to the Word of God as the sole authority for what we believe. In other words, we make every effort to believe and teach everything the Bible teaches. But these documents provide additional clarity about our biblical convictions and how we carry them out.
