Come hear from both established and new missionaries as the R Family and Katie Carroll share about gospel ministry among the unreached in Africa.
The R family have been ministering among an unreached people group in Africa since March 2010. At the beginning of 2015, the first known person in that group came to faith and now there are a handful of men and women following Christ! Through everyday interaction and service to the community, the R family have spent their years in Africa building relationships with the people, broadly sowing the seeds of the gospel, and in the recent past, spending much time in discipleship of these young believers. Their main goals are to to see a church planted among their people group and to give that future church the foundation of a Bible in their own language. They are in the process of developing the people's currently unwritten language into written form.
Katie is currently raising support to join one of Pioneer’s urban teams in Africa. Based out of a major city in a small country, she will engage in church planting among the unreached people groups there, evangelizing the predominantly Muslim population and discipling new believers. Katie will also serve missionary teams living in rural areas by providing administrative support.
